Terms and Conditions – Banburi Thaimassage Nuremberg

1. Appointment Booking & Cancellation Conditions
By booking an appointment, a binding service contract is concluded between you and Banburi Thaimassage.
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full treatment price will be charged.
The invoice is binding and payable.
In case of late arrival, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly to be able to keep subsequent appointments. The price remains unchanged.

2. Health Information & Disclaimer
Our massages are exclusively for relaxation and well-being and do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
Please inform us before the treatment about any health restrictions, acute complaints, injuries, chronic illnesses, allergies, or an existing pregnancy.
We do not accept liability for damages resulting from undisclosed or inaccurately stated health conditions.
In case of signs of infection, fever, or acute illness, we reserve the right to refuse treatment.

3. House Rules (no erotic services)
Banburi Thaimassage does not offer any erotic or sexual services.
Boundary-crossing, disrespectful, or physically intrusive behavior will lead to the immediate termination of the treatment; the full treatment price will be charged.
In case of serious or repeated misconduct, we reserve the right to take further measures, including an immediate ban from the premises and, if necessary, reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Vouchers – Usage & Validity

4.1 General Validity
Our vouchers include a recommended redemption date of 12 months to encourage timely use.
The actual credit or purchased service remains valid within the framework of legal regulations.
The voucher can only be redeemed upon presentation of the original voucher.
No replacement will be issued for lost or damaged original vouchers.
Copies, photos, or digital images are not accepted.

4.2 Gift Vouchers (Monetary Value)
Gift vouchers can be used for multiple partial payments.
After each redemption, the remaining balance will be noted on the original voucher and returned to the customer.
Cash payment – including for remaining balances – is excluded.
The remaining credit can be used for further services within the statutory limitation period.

4.3 Vouchers for Specific Services (e.g., 60/90 minutes)
Vouchers with a specified service or duration can be redeemed as one continuous treatment.
Splitting into multiple appointments is possible but requires a recalculation according to the current prices for the desired treatment duration in each case.
The value of the voucher will be credited.
If the desired service or duration is changed, or if prices change between purchase and redemption, an additional payment for the difference may be required.

5. Prices & Payment Terms
The prices according to the currently valid price list on our website or in the studio apply. We reserve the right to change prices.
Payment is due after the treatment in cash or by card (subject to availability).
Discounts, promotions, and special prices cannot be combined.

6. Data Protection (in accordance with GDPR)
Personal data is used exclusively for appointment management, communication, and provision of the requested service.
Data is only passed on to third parties if legally required or necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right at any time to access, correct, or delete your data.

7. Liability
We are only liable for damages based on intentional behavior or gross negligence.
We do not accept liability for valuables, coats, or personal items brought onto the premises.
The use of our premises and the treatments offered is at the customer’s own risk.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Applicable Law
German law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction – to the extent legally permissible – is the location of the studio in Nuremberg.
