Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

1. Right of Withdrawal (only for online voucher purchases)
For online voucher purchases, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
you or a third party named by you received the voucher.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the voucher back or until you have provided proof that you have returned it.

Compensation for loss of value must be paid if the voucher has been used beyond what is necessary to check its condition or has been damaged.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the voucher.

3. Exclusions and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

– vouchers purchased on-site at the studio (offline purchase).
For in-store purchases, there is no right of withdrawal under German law.

– vouchers that have already been fully or partially redeemed.
The right of withdrawal expires early if:

– you expressly request that the service be performed before the end of the withdrawal period;
in this case, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of performance.
